Joe Barr American Legion Post 194 Post-Secondary Scholarship applications for the 2026-2027 academic year are now open.  Scholarships are open to children or grandchildren of Post 194 members planning to pursue full time (12 semester credits or more) studies at an accredited college, university, or trade/technical school beginning fall semester 2026.  Applicants must be high school graduates or on-track to graduate high school before the start of the fall 2026 semester.
